At ByKamkai, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products designed for comfort, wellness, and travel luxury. Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines to protect the health and safety of all customers.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included

The product must not show signs of use, wear, inflation, washing, scent, stains, or damage

Proof of purchase is required
Because ByKamkai pillows are worn around the neck and face, any item that has been opened, used, inflated, or tested cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee covers inspection, quality control, and restocking costs.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the intimate and personal-use nature of our travel pillows:

Items with odors (including perfume, smoke, or body scent) will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your unused item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
However, for hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to items that have been opened or used.
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 5% restocking fee.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
